Do you cater to dietary restrictions?
Yes, we work with you to create customized menus tailored to your needs. We are proud to offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options to accommodate every guest.
How far ahead should I book?
While soonest is best, we request at least 8-12 months in advance of your event.
What types of tents do you offer?
We have a wide variety of tents for you to choose from, including frame tents, pole tents, sailcloth tents, and ClearSpan tents. We are happy to help you determine what’s best for your event.
Will there be an on-site coordinator during my event?
Yes. Our Front of House Manager oversees the event and ensures everything flows according to plan. Our team functions like a well-oiled machine, so no matter what happens, we are able to adapt to any situation.
How much should I budget per guest?

We recommend clients budget $90-$400 per guest for their event. This allows us to create the perfect menu, and provide you with everything you need to wow your guests.
